Jason and entire staff are beyond excellent. A funeral was not something I was expecting for my brother and from the moment I talk to Jason on the phone initially and at the time we were sitting down to plan the funeral I received nothing but kindness, respect and expertise. At no time did I ever feel like I was rushed to make any of the decisions that I had been dreading. Every single detail was explained fully and every question that we had was answered even though we may have asked the same questions many times. Jason has a very calming and kind personality. Communication Jason is always 24 hours a day. Every time I would have a question and send a text message it was answered quickly. Superior experience! After my mom passed, we chose Strawser funeral home in Blue Ash primarily based on ratings on the internet. My family and I are beyond thankful that we chose them to help us during this most difficult time. Jason, the funeral director , led us through the process with excellent knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine desire to create a beautiful tribute for my mom. He took care of everything , from the smallest details (even going out to find the exact nail polish my mom had on to touch up her nails) to those on the grander scale. His communication throughout the entire process was reassuring and gave me peace. His entire staff , Ronda, Anthony , Brooke, and others made us feel like a part of their family during our time of need. Strawser did an amazing job with my Dad's funeral. They walked me through every step never made me feel pressured in anyway. Their asistantance took so much off my shoulders while I was grieving. My dad looked amazing, one thing I do not like is overdone makeup and my Dad looked natural and at peace. Also, when the hospice nurse called to have Strawser come pick my dad up, they were prompt, professional and very calming letting us have all the time we needed. I cannot say enough good about this funeral home.
