Why is it so important to come to a family-owned funeral home?

Well, these days, many funeral homes have local family names, but they're actually owned/operated by some big corporation in a faraway city.

For nearly 100 years, North Eastern Cincinnati families have trusted us, because we're hometown folks, we know the area, we know you, and we make our own decisions, right here. We cherish the important place we occupy in the memories of the people we've served.

Today's contemporary funeral traditions offer a wide range of choices to help families commemorate a loved one, and to celebrate the dignity and joy of life. We take great pride in explaining those choices, in helping you choose exactly the kind of service you desire.

We understand that families turn to us at the most sensitive, difficult times. That's why we consider it our responsibility to fulfill your trust with a wide range of commemorative services that help provide a meaningful memorial for you and your family.

But we also understand that our service to you doesn't end with the funeral. So we offer educational seminars and materials, referrals to grief recovery programs and counseling services, and complimentary consultation about funeral arrangements and other matters.

Around Blue Ash/Montgomery, many families can trace their roots back over a century or more. Well, that’s how long we’ve been serving the community with caring service….personal attention….and a heritage that’s continued for several generations.

In 1931 Blair "Doc" and Janet Strawser started the funeral home at our location on Kenwood Road. Today, we’re still a local, family-owned business, with a beautiful, convenient home location to serve our friends and neighbors throughout the region.

But aside from the importance of family heritage and service, what sets us apart? Why should you choose us to help at the most difficult time?

The reason-and the difference- is our people. We’re family folks, involved in the community. We’ve all experienced losses, and our dedication to our profession helps us understand how hard it can be to deal with the death of a loved one.

What’s more, our people really take the time to listen, to help, to comfort and that’s the most important reason of all.

 

 

Staley History

Staley Funeral Home was established in 1948 by Quentin K. Staley and Grace Staley.

We provide all services pertaining to the loss of your loved one, Funeral Service, Cremation, Green Burial and Pet Death Care. We also offer Cemetery Property and Merchandise pertaining to burial. It is our wish to make the transition as easy as possible by providing excellent service and attention to detail. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
